Why are your prices lower than other mobility companies?

Answer:
We keep our overheads down by not having large show rooms and concentrate our pricing structure on passing on those savings to the customer, this means we can offer the highest quality mobility scooters and wheelchairs at extremely good prices.

Question:
Are your mobility products quality tested?

Answer:
Our wheelchairs and scooters are manufactured to comply with ISO 9001 and ISO 13485, they are also FDA approved and are TUV certified. In addition to this, every product that leaves our depot is quality checked prior to delivery. We are also a member of the Institute of health and Safety (IOSH) which gives our customers peace of mind.

Question:
What warranty do you offer?

Answer:
Our warranty is a 12 months comprehensive return to base, where upon if the equipment is found to have developed a manufacturing fault, we will repair or replace it at our cost. Our mobility scooters also carry a 3 year AA breakdown cover policy. Please note: as with all manufacturers, wear and tear items are not covered under this agreement.

Question:
Does your company hire your products out?

Answer:
Currently we only hire out our manual wheelchair range. We recognise that people have unfortunate accidents and may need a wheelchair for a short period of time. We offer the hire of a standard wheelchair at $45 per week, with an administration charge of $25 and a $100 deposit, which is fully refundable at the time of pick up. This service is available in Christchurch & surrounding areas.

Does your company ship wheelchairs and mobility scooters throughout NZ?

Answer:
Yes we do, all our wheelchairs are covered by our free shipping policy, no matter were you live in New Zealand we will have the item delivered to your door free of charge and with the minimum of hassle. However due to our scooters large size, there is freight on top of the purchase price. Please see product for shipping costs.

Answer:
